Jazz Fest 2025 Sets Star-Studded Lineup

The organizers of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, better known simply as Jazz Fest, have announced a star-studded lineup for the 2025 edition of the fest, which returns on April 24 – May 4.  Headlining this year’s festival are such classic rock legends as the Santana, John Fogerty, Pearl Jam, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, and Cheap Trick.

They’ll be joined by a lengthy lineup that includes the Dave Matthews Band, Rickie Lee Jones, Lenny Kravitz, Gladys Knight, Stanley Clarke, and Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives, as well as such contemporary stars as Haim, Luke Combs, Samantha Fish, and James Bay, among its scores of artists.

The festival, held at the Fairgrounds Race Course in New Orleans, spans two weekends: April 24-27 and May 1-4. General admission tickets include access to all performances on day of use, as well as the wide variety of food and beverages available for purchase, art exhibits, crafts booths, and more. Jazz Fest always includes artists spanning a broad range of music genres among its hundreds of bands. Others booked for 2025 are Lil Wayne & The Roots, Cage the Elephant, My Morning Jacket, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Patti LaBelle, Branford Marsalis, Diana Krall, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Taj Mahal & the Phantom Blues Band, Margo Price, Kenny Wayne Shepherd with Bobby Rush, Morris Day & the Time, Better Than Ezra, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Hurray For the Riff Raff, and more.

Started in 1970, Jazz Fest annually celebrates the unique culture of New Orleans and the region drawing fans from around the country and around the world.
