Photofantasm Soundgarden: Nudedragons to King Animal is a 100 percent fan-made book and a seriously impressive collector’s item, spotlighting the reunion of one of the most daring grunge era rock bands. It’s the ultimate piece of Soundgarden memorabilia for anyone on your holiday gift list, and it’s available right now.

The passion project of two devoted Soundgarden aficionados, Jaye and Mike English, Photofantasm is 592 pages of pure fan candy – photos, graphic art, anecdotes, interviews, posters, reviews and more – compiled by over 300 contributors from more than 30 countries on six continents. As its title suggests, it chronicles the band’s performances from their 2010 reformation as Nudedragons to the release of their first studio album in 16 years (King Animal) and subsequent world tour. Along with fan-curated content are interviews with rockers like William DuVall (Alice in Chains), Serj Tankian (System of a Down) and Bill Kelliher (Mastodon).

Only 1,000 copies of the limited-edition book will be available for purchase on the project’s official website. In honor of a longtime Soundgarden fan who lost her battle with cancer, all net proceeds will benefit the Canary Foundation, which is dedicated to funding early cancer detection solutions.
