Update (September 23): Additional dates have been added in Boston, New York and Los Angeles (see below).

The Red Hot Chili Peppers will follow their recent European tour with a string of U.S. arena dates in support of their new album. The Getaway. The tour begins in San Antonio, Texas, on January 5 and ends March 18 in Vancouver, British Columbia, the only Canadian date on the tour.

Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue will be the Chilis’ opening act for the entire run and Jack Irons, the band’s former drummer, will also open the January dates.

Fan club ticket pre-sale begins September 21 at 10 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public starting September 23 (see links below). Every ticket purchased will get the purchaser either a digital or physical copy of The Getaway. The album entered the Billboard album chart at #1 in June.
