Judy Collins Sets Farewell Tour, ‘Sweet Judy Blue Eyes’

Legendary singer-songwriter Judy Collins has announced more dates for her highly anticipated “Sweet Judy Blue Eyes” 2026-2027 farewell tour. Spanning iconic venues and cities across North America and beyond through winter 2027, this milestone tour will feature several special guests. This final tour, whose name is derived from the Stephen Stills composition, “Suite: Judy Blue Eyes” recorded by Crosby, Stills and Nash, will be captured on film for a forthcoming documentary on her life, music and legacy. The farewell tour kicked off on July 4 with Collins headlining the live, star-studded PBS nationally televised Independence Day event, “America Made In Virginia: 250 Years Together,” hosted by Virginia’s American Revolution 250 Commission in Colonial Williamsburg, the capital city of revolutionary Virginia.

Throughout the tour, select dates will feature special guests including Mary Chapin Carpenter, Rosanne Cash, Amanda Shires, Richard Thompson, The High Kings, Bruce Cockburn, Elles Bailey, Livingston Taylor and Norwegian duo Oakland Rain.

Additionally, The Americana Music Association announced a special “Judy Collins and Friends” celebration at the 2026 AmericanaFest in Nashville in September.

Following the main tour, Collins will present the “Sweet Judy Blue Eyes – Celebration Encore,” a special series of encore performances for devoted fans and new audiences alike – an opportunity to celebrate six decades of musical brilliance with one of music’s most treasured artists.

A seven-time GRAMMY nominee, Collins is an award-winning singer-songwriter. She has released six albums since 2015, and her Grammy-nominated 2023 album Spellbound is her first of all original, self-penned songs. She is also a published author, filmmaker, keynote speaker for mental health and podcast host. In 2025, Collins published Sometimes It’s Heaven: Poems of Love, Loss and Redemption, personal poems about love, loss and redemption.
