Styx, REO Speedwagon, Don Felder Set 2018 Tour

Frequent touring partners Styx, REO Speedwagon and former Eagles guitarist Don Felder will share a 2018 bill once again. The trio announced on Dec. 4 that they’ll share the stage in March and April for U.S. dates. (In 2017, they named their combo tour “United We Rock.”)

On Sept. 18, Styx and Felder announced a return to The Venetian Theatre inside The Venetian Las Vegas for a five-night limited engagement. Presented by SiriusXM, “Styx & Don Felder: Renegades In The Fast Lane,” will take place on Jan. 26, 27, 31 and Feb. 2 and 3.

Styx–Tommy Shaw (vocals, guitars), James “JY” Young (vocals, guitars), Lawrence Gowan (vocals, keyboards), Todd Sucherman (drums) and Ricky Phillips (bass), along with the occasional surprise appearance by original bassist Chuck Panozzo—are wrapping up another busy year of touring in the U.S., having performed over 100 shows in support of their 16th studio album, 2017’s The Mission.
