Jon Bon Jovi meets fans on a Runaway Tours getaway.

Billed as the “Ultimate Music Lovers Weekend,” Runaway Tours is presenting another weekend fan experience with Jon Bon Jovi and country band Florida Georgia Line that coincides with the iHeart Radio’s Country Festival playing in the Central Texas city known for its music scene. It follows this weekend’s (3/18-20) Bon Jovi trip to Nashville and such getaways last year with the international rock star as a Bahamas weekend. The company affiliated with him has put together such events with Jon Bon Jovi and his former bandmate Richie Sambora as well as an upcoming Don Henley resort trip in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX (see our news item here).

Registrants get two nights as The Omni hotel in the heart of Austin’s famed entertainment district as well as private acoustic storyteller shows and photo ops with both Bon Jovi and Florida Georgia Line. They also get a ticket to the April 30th iHeart Radio’s Country Festival Event at the Frank Erwin Center to watch Florida Georgia Line, Brett Eldridge, Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindle, Miranda Lambert, Lee Brice, Chris Young, Keith Urban and Zac Brown Band. The package includes a DJ Dance Party with a two-hour open bar with food and lunch and drinks at Austin’s famed Stubbs BBQ, among other perks and swag. Runaway’s VIP staff escort guests throughout the weekend to assure that their getaway is a peak experience.

Package costs (which include all taxes and hotel fees) are $1,745 for double rooms and $1,945 for a single room plus a $1,445 no hotel option, and space is limited. These weekend fan experiences follow the now quite common and popular music cruises as a means for fans and stars to run elbows in vacation settings.
