Rock & Brews Restaurants have teamed up with Def Leppard and Seattle-based Elysian Brewing Company to introduce Def Leppard Pale to their customers and are offering fans a chance to win tickets to see Def Leppard on tour this year.

A press release on the promotion says, “Known for handcrafted American food, a mix of more than 100 craft and classic styles of beer on tap and in bottles, and their authentic rock-inspired, family-friendly atmosphere, Rock & Brews Restaurants throughout the United States will be the first restaurant brand to offer Def Leppard Pale. In celebration, Rock & Brews Restaurants have a variety of promotions planned, including an opportunity for fans to win tickets to see Def Leppard on tour in many Rock & Brews’ markets, as well as a chance to win a trip for two to see the band in Los Angeles on October 7, 2018.”

“Rock & Brews celebrates everything that is rock and roll and is the perfect place for fans to indulge themselves with a cold Def Leppard Pale,” said Joe Elliott, lead singer of Def Leppard, in the same announcement.

Def Leppard Pale was brewed by Elysian Brewing Company in partnership with Def Leppard to fuse the infamous malt bodies of British ales with the mysteria of Pacific Northwest hops. The launch of the beer was timed to coincide with the Def Leppard 2018 tour.

Def Leppard’s most recent self-titled studio album debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums and Top Independent Albums charts. The album also took the #5 spot on Billboard’s Top Current Albums and #10 spot on the Top 200, as well as claiming 15 top 10 debuts around the world. For the first time, in January 2018 Def Leppard debuted their full recording catalog worldwide via streaming and download platforms, listen here. The band is currently out on a massive co-headlining North American tour with Journey. For tour dates and more info please go to www.defleppard.com.

In other def Leppard news, the band has unveiled its Spotify Singles. “As part of the streaming platform’s coveted initiative, the multiplatinum rock legends performed the classic “Hysteria” in addition to a brand new cover of Depeche Mode’s “Personal Jesus.” Listen and share the singles here.

Recorded live at the Spotify studio, “the musicians preserve the provocative power of ‘Personal Jesus,’ while imbuing their own signature style and spirit. A recording of the cover has preceded recent live shows. Meanwhile, they amplify the energy of “Hysteria” with this hyper-charged rendition. A live staple, it most notably serves as the title track of their 1987 best-selling album of the same name, which garnered a Diamond certification from the RIAA and housed seven smash singles. The original also stands out as a fan favorite on Spotify!” says a press release.

Right now, the group is in the midst of one of the year’s biggest tours, co-headlining with Journey.
