Update (2/11/16): AC/DC kicked off their North American tour last week. (See below for videos from their Las Vegas show.)

Nashville-based rock band Tyler Bryant & the Shakedown have been selected to open for all dates. The band recently released an EP, The Wayside (Republic Records).  (See their video below.)

American audiences eager to see AC/DC perform live again won’t have to wait long. The Aussie rockers have just announced a two-month U.S. tour beginning February 2nd and running through April 4th, as part of their ongoing “Rock or Bust” world tour.

The American tour date announcement comes after a massive year for the classic rock band, with them kicking off the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, headlining at Coachella, and completing 28 shows in Europe, 14 shows in North America and 11 shows in Australia/New Zealand.

November 2014’s Rock or Bust was the band’s first studio album in six years (and second for Columbia Records).

Tickets are on sale starting this Friday, December 18th via Ticketmaster.
