Celebrating Sinatra at 101 With His Version of ‘Something’

Sinatra Harrison PinterestAs you may recall, Frank Sinatra would’ve turned 100 on December 12, 2015. (He was born in 1915 in Hoboken, NJ; he passed on May 14, 1998 at 82.)

Best Classic Bands decided to commemorate the occasion in a simple way by offering a look back at “The Voice” performing, as he describes it: “George Harrison’s hauntingly beautiful love song.” He’s referring, of course, to “Something.”

The recording was included on Sinatra’s 1980 three-record set Trilogy: Past Present Future.
