Fogerty19691969 was a busy year for Creedence Clearwater Revival – they released three LPs (Willy and the Poor Boys, Green River and Bayou Country), featuring gems like “Proud Mary,” “Bad Moon Rising,” and “Born on the Bayou,” and played Woodstock. This January, the band’s former singer, songwriter and guitarist John Fogerty will be revisiting that seminal year with an eight-show Las Vegas residency: Peace, Love, and Creedence.

The main focus will be on exclusive footage and stories specifically from 1969, but audience members will also get to enjoy performances of other CCR classics as well as Fogerty’s solo hits.

While he admits that he hesitated a bit at the idea of playing in Sin City, Fogerty follows in the footsteps of many rock legends – Elton John, Rod Stewart, Santana, and Kis, just to name a few. He’ll play eight shows between January 8th and 23rd at the Venetian Theatre inside the Las Vegas casino and hotel of the same name. Click here to buy tickets.
