David Crosby, Graham Nash Plot (Separate) 2020 Tours

Touring in 2020–but not together

They were bandmates for decades, and often toured as a duo when CSN(Y) was off the road, but those days are seemingly long gone now. Both David Crosby and Graham Nash have announced new tours for 2020, and to no one’s surprise they will not be sharing a stage anytime soon.

Crosby, whose 2019 documentary David Crosby: Remember My Name, recently received a Grammy nomination in the Best Music Film category, will head out on the road in May, beginning in Santa Barbara, Calif., and working his way east. Crosby has released four new studio albums since 2014 and is readying his next for 2020 release.

Crosby, who turned 78 last Aug. 14, will tour with his Sky Trails Band: his son (and Sky Trails album producer) James Raymond on keys, Mai Leisz on bass, Steve DiStanislao on drums, Jeff Pevar on guitar and Michelle Willis on keys and vocals.

Nash, meanwhile, is still touring behind his 2018 two-disc collection Over the Years…  The tour begins on March 4 at Strand Theatre in York, Pa. Nash, who turned 78 on Feb. 2, will be accompanied by longtime collaborator Shane Fontayne on guitars and vocals, and former CSN keyboard player and vocalist Todd Caldwell.

Ego’s, These guys don’t realize that they are running out of time to patch things up and act like mature adults and get over any riffs they have with each other.

Get over it, and play with each other and the other guys who made you what you are today.

None of us getting any young, and when one of you guys go, the other one will be sorry for not settling this unneeded feud.
