The most recent season of the acclaimed performance series, Live From Abbey Road, will finally make its U.S. debut on AXS TV on Sunday July 26. Filmed in London’s historic Abbey Road Studios, it will feature behind-the-scenes looks at such classic rock acts as Paul Simon, Brian Wilson and Sheryl Crow (8/2), Dave Matthews, Gregg Allman and Norah Jones (8/9) and Green Day, John Mayer and Bryan Adams (8/23) as they rehearse and record in an intimate setting.
Known for its eclectic blend of artists spanning a variety of genres, the show’s fifth season will also showcase such performers as Ed Sheeran, Sara Bareilles, Foster The People, Wynton Marsalis and Michael Buble. Back-to-back episodes air Sunday nights at 8 & 9 PM ET.
The cable and satellite channel airs a plethora of music shows, including concerts and exclusive showings of the Wrecking Crew documentary (see our review here).
