On February 11, The Rolling Stones added the lone Canadian date to their 2019 No Filter tour. They’ll play Canada Rocks at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds in Oro Medonte, Ontario, on June 29, following their run of U.S. concerts.
A fan pre-sale for the Canadian show begins Feb. 13. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Feb. 15 here.
Tickets sold so fast on the first day of the presale for the Rolling Stones’ 2019 U.S. tour, that second dates were added to two venues. On Nov. 28, the World’s Greatest Rock and Roll Band added second (and final) shows at Metlife Stadium in E. Rutherford, NJ and at Chicago’s Soldier Field. In January, their rumored concert at Jazz Fest in New Orleans became official. (See the full schedule below.)
After a series of not-so-subtle hints at a number of football stadiums in early November, the Stones announced on November 19 what fans were hoping to hear: The group revealed a 13-date, U.S. stadium tour, again dubbed #NoFilter, their first in the States since a full-scale tour of the country in the summer of 2015.
As in recent years, the Stones have built several days in between performances. When the tour begins in April, Charlie Watts will be 77, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards both 75, and Ronnie Wood 71.
“It’s a thrill when we play stadiums in the States,” said Mick Jagger in the Nov. 19 tour announcement, “the energy is always amazing!”

On November 15, the Stones posted an animated video of their iconic tongue and lips logo rising above the New York City harbor. Earlier, the logo had appeared at several stadiums, including Denver’s Mile High Stadium and Metlife Stadium in the New York City suburb of E. Rutherford, N.J.
The Stones’ most recent tour, began in Hamburg, Germany, in September 2017, and they ended that first leg in Paris Oct. 25, 2017. They then returned to the road in May of this year, starting the next leg of the tour in Dublin, Ireland, in May. That part of the tour ended in Warsaw, Poland, July 8 of this year.
