Our original item announcing the 2017 tour…
Peter Frampton will resume his “Peter Frampton Raw: An Acoustic Tour” with more dates in 2017, the singer-guitarist-songwriter has announced. Gordon Kennedy, Frampton’s longtime collaborator and co-producer of his album Fingerprints, will join him again for the March and April 2017 dates alongside Frampton’s son, singer and guitarist Julian Frampton.
The new dates continue to support the release of Frampton’s latest album, Acoustic Classics, released earlier this year. On the album, Frampton performs stripped-down versions of his hits including “Baby, I Love Your Way,” “Lines on My Face,” “Do You Feel Like I Do,” “Show Me the Way” and more. Acoustic Classics includes one new song, “All Down to Me,” which was co-written by Gordon Kennedy. “All Down to Me” is the only track on the record featuring a guest musician.
