Paul McCartney has announced a 2025 edition of his “Got Back” tour in North America. The run of 19 dates—mostly of arenas with several stadium dates—begins in late September and continues through late November. The announcement, just before 8 a.m. ET today (July 10) followed the briefest of teaser campaigns. As he’s done in recent years, the legend, who turned 83 on June 18, showed images the day before on some of his social media platforms of a pair of guitar picks with his name on one and “Got Back in 2025” on another.

The 2025 concerts include such major cities as Chicago, Montreal, Denver and Atlanta, but omit New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, and more. See the itinerary below. Pre-sale starts July 15 at 10 a.m. local time. General on-sale begins July 18 here.

McCartney’s 2024 tour of South America, Central America, Mexico, Europe and the U.K. concluded, fittingly, with the second of two concerts at The O2 in London, U.K. Making the evening extra special was an appearance by the Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood, who joined his friend on stage towards the end of the main set to perform “Get Back.” Still later, during the encores, none other than Ringo Starr joined McCartney to perform a pair of Beatles favorites: “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)” and “Helter Skelter.”

Earlier this year, McCartney played a series of three concerts in four nights at the intimate Bowery Ballroom in New York City. The February shows preceded his live performance that took place within the SNL50 Anniversary Special. Tickets for those club dates, were priced for just 50 bucks, and were limited to one per person at the box-office only. The standing-only venue has a capacity of just 575 persons.
