Black Sabbath’s The Ultimate Collection

Our newest contest offers one Best Classic Bands reader music from the band synonymous with metal to replace your well-worn collection of their music.

Rhino Records has just released Black Sabbath’s The Ultimate Collection, as a 2-CD and in a limited-edition, heavyweight vinyl, 4-LP “Crucifold” configuration. The 31-track set was curated by band members and features such classic songs as “Paranoid,” “Iron Man,” “War Pigs,” “N.I.B.” and “The Wizard,” as well as choice cuts from their classic albums. (See complete track listing below.)

Now one BCB reader gets the CD and vinyl editions!

Formed in 1968 by Ozzy Osbourne (lead vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar), Geezer Butler (bass), and Bill Ward (drums and percussion), Sabbath recently wrapped up the U.S. leg of their farewell “The End” tour, which, if they keep to their word, will be the final American chapter for the band considered by many to be the most important metal band of all time.

The band has sold over 75 million records, earned two Grammy® awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006.

So what are you waiting for? Enter our contest stat! Since only one of you will win, we’ll understand if you can’t wait and want to order the CD and/or vinyl editions right away via the links below…

No purchase necessary. Deadline for entries is 11:45PM Eastern time on February 20, 2017. For complete Best Classic Bands contest rules, click here.
