The legendary ‘At Fillmore East’ album is one of nine that has just been remastered and released on vinyl by Universal Music Enterprises

If you’ve been delaying a purchase of a new turntable, now would be the time to do so. Universal Music Enterprises is giving one Best Classic Bands reader a set of nine essential Allman Brothers Band albums, spanning 1969 to 1979, which have been remastered from the original analog tapes for reissue on audiophile quality 180-gram vinyl. The classic rock titles, released on July 22, include: an expanded, 2-LP edition of The Allman Brothers Band; Idlewild South; 2-LP At Fillmore East; 2-LP Eat a Peach; Brothers and Sisters; Win, Lose or Draw; Wipe the Windows, Check the Oil, Dollar Gas; Enlightened Rogues; and 3-LP debut of Live At Ludlow Garage: 1970.
The albums have been remastered to 192kHz/24-bit audio and cut on copper plates using Abbey Road Mastering’s Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) lathe. All nine LP packages feature faithfully replicated original album artwork.

The Allman Brothers Band’s self-titled debut album is expanded to two LPs, featuring the original 1969 stereo mix and the 1973 Beginnings stereo mix. Live At Ludlow Garage: 1970 makes its debut in a triple-LP package, presenting the complete concert for the first time.
The nine Allman Brothers Band albums are also available via this limited edition “peach crate” (US customers only).
